About this product

Fiberglass self-adhesive tape is a woven glass-fiber mesh coated with an alkali-resistant resin and combined with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is the standard reinforcement layer for plasterboard joints, internal corners and patch repairs: the open mesh lets joint compound key through the fabric, so the repair moves with the wall instead of cracking beside it.

We produce the tape in our own workshop in Rugao, Jiangsu. Yarn, resin and adhesive are checked on arrival, the mesh is coated and slit to width, and every batch is wound, shrink-wrapped and boxed for container shipment. Because slitting and adhesive coating are controlled in-house, roll width, adhesive weight, core size and print can all follow your order sheet rather than a fixed catalog item.
